EOOW for self-propelled jack-up barges

Watch keeping Engineer required for self-propelled Jack up barges. They are ASD or conventional propulsion system (Solid Propeller), and will be operating in Saudi Arabia (Persian Gulf).
At all times during the term of the Contract he shall possess a valid Officer Of the Watch (OOW) engineer license and STCW III/1 endorsement.to operate and maintain diesel engines of, at a minimum, the Vessel's horsepower. He shall be so fluently bilingual that he reacts immediately to a stressed command in English.
He shall have strong experience and background in repairing AC/DC electrical systems, diesels and performing general mechanical repairs.
