Marine Superintendent

We are looking for a: Marine Superintendent

Your tasks and responsibilities are:

1. Vetting & pre-vetting
2. SMS compliance & company inspection
3. Risk Assessments
4. Incident investigation, implement & monitor corrective matters
5. Navigational assessments & bridge team management
6. Train & educate crew on board
7. Sail along with vessels in our fleet
8. Crew evaluation
9. Internal audits

You have the following qualification:

1. A bachelors degree
2. Completed nautical study
3. A broad knowledge of SHEQ and experience with security procedures on board
4. Nautical experience
5. At least three year experience as a navigational officer on board
6. Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and in writing
