Forming and maintaining outstanding relationships with clients to ensure Onix Recruitment is their recruitment partner of choice.
Extensive networking to gain maximum client and candidate exposure.
Building long-term relationships with candidates based on trust and delivery.
Extensively qualifying and working each vacancy with enthusiasm.
Be able to advertise clear, concise and effective job descriptions across all job boards and social media platforms to attract the best talent from all areas within the industry.
Acquiring top tier talent by identifying and developing a pipeline of unique industry professionals.
Be a worthy mediator; negotiating packages, offers and counter offers between both client and candidate to ensure that both parties are satisfied.
Informing Candidates of the company’s hiring process.
Maintaining regular communication between both candidates and clients during the CV submission, Interview and offer stage.
Remain in contact with placed Candidates on a monthly basis to check all is satisfactory with their new role.
Set personal goals/targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Must achieve your monthly targets set by your floor manager.
Requirements
Excellent people & Telecommunication skills are imperative.
Recruitment/Sales Experience (at least 2-3 years) is essential.
Previous experience in the Oil, Gas & Energy Sector is preferable, although not essential. Location: Worldwide
