Looking for BAKER/PASTRY OFFSHORE BARGE
The candidate should work on daily or night shift (it depends on the organisation onboard). He should have a good experience in both sections (pastry and bakery) and be able to manage the department and the production (weekly menu of pastry & baker, order of food to the Food Manager, cleaning, etc).
He should have the experience to prepare bread and pastry not only for the daily production but also for special events (like for example Christmas, birthdays, etc.).
He will work alone (no assistant) and he should produce bread and cakes/pastry for 250 pax when the barge will be full (now onboard there are only 120 pax).included pizza, focaccia, grissini) and different dessert (included brioches, biscuits, muffins, etc.)

ROTATION: 6 months +/-2
RETURNED TICKET + MEDICALS + SAFETY TRAINING PAID BY the Company
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE COMPULSORY TO JOIN FDS:

- Passport (valid for at least 2 years)
- Seaman's book
- Medical certificate (as detailed into attachment. It needs to be filled up)
- Yellow Fever Vaccination
- Police record Location: Worldwide
