The recruitment of Indian officers and crews are carried out as per guidelines and rules of Recruitment & Placement of Seafarers office, Directorate General of Shipping, Govt of India. In order to provide properly qualified seafarers we ensure careful screening and selection procedures ahead of deployment. In addition, we provide continuous education and training ashore as well as onboard in agreement with owners to achieve desired levels of competence.
We have at present have vacancies for all ranks (Officers and Sailors) on our varied fleet comprising Oil Tankers, Chemical Tankers, Gas Carriers, Containers, Bulk Carriers, Off Shore Supply Vessels and Dynamic Positioning Vessels.
We undertake selection of candidates, preparation for pre-sea training and their placement on a ship for appropriate trade viz Deck cadets, Trainee Marine engineers, Deck ratings, Engine room ratings, Saloon and Ward room services.
