Main Function To supervise and manage the entertainment program and activities of the Entertainment team for the enjoyment of Guests
Education High school graduate
Language Skills English and at least another language.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Demonstrated ability to entertain, communicate and socialize with persons of all nationalities and all ages and backgrounds
2. Proven customer service and leadership skills to interact appropriately with guests in a considerate, professional and positive manner by showing concern and listening actively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To lead the team of Entertainment personnel, with the objective of providing high class and continuous ambient entertainment and Guest involvement throughout the Cruise.
2. To procedure and bring to life the entertainment and entertainment program.
3. To prepare the forthcoming cruise entertainment program for approval of the Cruise Director.
4. To make proposal for new activities.
5. To work in close collaboration with the Entertainment Team.
6. To collaborate with the Cruise Director.
8. Perform as entertainment presenter and broadcaster where and if required.
9. Supervise the involvement of the entertainment team in the embarkation and disembarkation of Guests, participating in this activity in the most productive way.
