Description:
- Delivery of SMS Familiarization and PDOS to all Officers and Ratings
- Responsible for the assessment of training needs of individuals and follow-up their performance during the Training.
- Responsible for Correspondence with the Training Centers and report directly to the Director and General Manager.
- Conducts IQ Tests and Essay Writing test to Cadets / OJT applicants as well as staff’s applicants.
- Works on Projects pertaining to verification or measurement of skills or individuals seafarer.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the management.
