Our crews are invaluable assets to us and it is natural to provide the best onboard work environment possible for them. We have the philosophy that most things you do ashore you should be able to do onboard. Therefore, we were the world’s first international shipping company to install broadband onboard the vessels. All vessels also have workout gym and library. If you want to work for Wallenius, we can give you an enormously interesting, fun and stimulating work.

In order to work as motorman on one of our vessels you need to have:
Endorsement as Motorman, according to Swedish Maritime Administration's regulation.
Basic Safety Certificate
Medical Certificate for seagoing personnel
Seaman's discharge book
US Crew Visa
