Requirements:
- At least 3 years sailing experience as a C/E on tankers
- Strong knowledge of industry rules and regulations
- Excellent report writing skills
- High level of commitment
- Ability to work under pressure, use own initiative and take on responsibility
- Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
