DUTIES: Responsibilities include: assisting rig manager to ensure all offshore rig operations are planned and carried in accordance with internal, regulatory and client standards; supervising and supporting offshore management team to foster HSE incident-free working culture, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining service quality, client satisfaction and financial returns; recruitment of and selection of relevant skilled personnel; ensuring cost effective operations and cost control to meet budget benchmarks.
REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience in drilling, technical or marine offshore operations, budget planning and cost effective decision making.
