HR TEAM LEADER

The HR team are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis in Gibraltar.

Hours: 37.5

Status: Permanent

Reports to: Head of Human Resources

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the HR responsibilities and activities of the company

• Manage the HR department day to day functions and the HR team

• Provide expert and professional advice and support to Head of HR, Directors, Managers and Staff on all aspects of HR.

Key Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human in Resources or CIPD Level 5 (essential)

• 2 years’ experience as a HR Generalist or Team Leader (essential)

• Knowledge and experience using a HRIS system (advantageous)

• Fluency in English both written and oral (essential)

• Knowledge of Gibraltar Employment Law (advantageous)
