HR Generalist to join their team on a permanent basis

The HR team are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team on a permanent basis in Gibraltar.

Hours: 37.5

Status: Permanent

Reports to: HR Team Leader

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Head of HR and the HR Team Leader with HR responsibilities and activities of the company

• Focus on the day to day functions and tasks of the HR department

• Provide expert professional advice and support to Directors, Managers and staff on all aspects of HR

Key Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human in Resources or CIPD Level 3 or above (essential)

• 2 years’ experience as a HR Administrator or HR Generalist (essential)

• Knowledge and experience using a HRIS system (advantageous)

• Fluency in English both written and oral (essential)

• Fluency in Spanish, both written and oral (preferred)

• Knowledge of Gibraltar Employment Law (advantageous)
