Calypso are looking for a Shorex Agent to join their team on a permanent basis in Gibraltar.
The successful applicant applicant will be responsible to the Manager for the organisation of all tours, administration of incoming reservations and supervision of maintenance of our fleet of vehicles.

Able to show initiative when working as part of a team or independently.

Possess good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage own time and work unsupervised.

Commercial awareness.
Requirements

Minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including English & Spanish.

Preferably a degree in a related field but not essential.

Fluency in English and Spanish both oral and written.

Good all-round skills in MS Office applications.

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal in dealing with customers, suppliers and management.

Excellent administrative skills.
