As Chief Officer, you will be responsible for the operation of the ship and ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with the company's standards for safety and quality. You will also be responsible for leading the crew on board, as well as collaborating with other departments to achieve efficient work processes.

Areas of responsibility:

- Supervise the operations on board and ensure that all procedures are followed.

- Lead the crew and contribute to a positive working environment.

- Work closely with the captain to ensure optimal operation of the ship.

- Carry out safety inspections and report any deviations.

- Participate in training and development of the crew.

Qualifications:

- D2 Certificate

- DP Certificate

- Relevant experience from the offshore industry

- Good communication skills in Norwegian and English

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
