Responsibilities and Authorities
Familiarising himself with the details of the vessel’s construction, machinery and operation, safety and other equipment;
Assisting the duty engineers as required, in particular with regard to the operation of engine room machinery;
Maintenance, greasing and cleaning works as directed by the 2nd Engineer;
Assisting during bunker operations;
Must abide to the safety management system and security system within the technical department;
Any other duties as instructed by the Chief Engineer.
Assisting in mooring operations. Location: Worldwide
