Candidates should possess valid STCW, ENG1, and minimum YM qualifications, with 1-2 years of yacht experience and strong tender driving skills. Carpentry or videography experience is advantageous. The role requires common sense, an outgoing personality, and a hard-working attitude. Offering 60 days of leave per year and 2 return flights annually.
