Experienced Fleet Manager or Technical Superintendent is sought to manage a fleet of oil tankers and bulk carriers. Responsibilities include technical management, dry docking, troubleshooting, bunkering, compliance, and vessel performance. Prior experience leading a team of Technical Superintendents is preferred. Candidates should be based in Singapore and fluent in Mandarin.
