HSEQA Superintendent

Looking for a HSEQA Superintendent having good experience

Requirement:
Degree in Engineering.
Must have sailed on Oil Tankers, Chemical Tankers or Gas Carriers for at least a year as a Master.
Previous work experience as HSEQA Superintendent is preferred

Responsibilities:
Develops and improves the Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality Management Systems and Company\\\\\\\‘s Quality Assurance program.
Develops procedures in defining the authority and responsibility for ensuring that the program is implemented and maintained both ashore and onboard to the requirements of the International Standards as per the guidance of the Class, flag, Oil major and other regulatory bodies.

Ensure that company policy related to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) issues are effectively implemented and regularly monitored for its compliance.
To assist in carrying out all the duties as specified for the Quality and Insurance (Q & I) Manager.
To monitor follow up of incident reports from the vessels.
To carry out training of personnel on board/ ashore on HSE aspects and company policies.
To carry out Audit of HSEQA system elements as directed by the Q & I Manager.
To report system non-conformities and verify that corrective and preventive actions are implemented and found effective.
To provide shore support for various HSE matters. He/she will also monitor the vessel operations and provides additional information to whoever required.
To carry out pre purchase inspections as required.
To prepare, update and maintain company documents for office as well as vessels.
To carry out audit of the security system as directed by the Q & I Manager.
