Experience - 4 contracts of minimum 6 months with same company on Bulk or General Cargo 
Candidate to be skilled also as fitter and welder
Keeping watch in E/R, skilled for electricity and electronics-do not need an electrical officer-with STCW competency certificate for watchkeeping support in E/R and electrician school evidence
