On vessels managed by Vroon Offshore Services Ltd, the following positions for ERRV Vessels (Multi-Role and Conventional) are vacant
Cook / Dedicated AMA
As a Cook, you are responsible for the catering department and also ensuring that all aspects of medical care of survivors are controlled and maintained. Furthermore, you are confident and enthusiastic, with good communication skills and are fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
Planning, production and cooking of a balanced menu
Managing the conservation of uncooked food and stores
Ensuring the cleanliness of the galley and storerooms
Ensuring the refrigeration and disposal of garbage
As dedicated AMA the role is to ensure that survivors rescued by vessel are given medical treatment to the standard set down in ERRV guidelines
Requirements:
AMA certificate
Ship’s Cook certificate
Basic Hygiene certificate
Initial Training and Shipboard Operations is preferable but not essential
