Work with clients to optimise this data store within their system environment and petrotechnical workflow.
As required, support the Company’s DM Consultancy services team to assist clients in data migration projects and the transferring of corporate data from this data store into project and application data stores for processing and interpretation.
Support clients via onsite (e.g. 1 to 3 weeks at a time) or via remote access.
In order to help manage and enhance customer relations, you will provide regular follow-up calls to clients in a timely and professional manner, visit client sites to resolve problems etc., provide status updates, and report problems to the Customer Support Manager.
